PERSONAL TRAINING

  • One-to-one bespoke session: 60 minutes or 30 minutes. Blocks of 10 individualised sessions.

    Building a creative mix of cardio, resistance, and strength training exercises, along with a positive and fun mental approach. Tailored workout programs are renowned for their success, as clients gain more confidence and increase their strengths, both mental and physical. At the beginning of your block of sessions, we will discuss what you want to focus on and achieve, and I will assess your health and fitness. I will create an individualized program, and together we will set your goals.

    You may want to increase your fitness, tone or build muscle, address a weakness that needs special attention, focus on increasing the weight of your back squat, learn how to perform Olympic lifts, or achieve your first pull-up. Your program will be tailored and personalized to you, to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

    Every 8 weeks, you will receive an assessment, tracking progress against your goals, with feedback across each dimension, so we can adapt or enhance your program as we continue to work together.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday — 60 minutes.

    Small, intimate classes bring group energy and the benefit of specialist attention. Many of the ladies who have been committed to attending these classes for over five years have formed a caring and supportive bond with one another.

    Always welcoming new members, with lots of positivity and laughter in a small but very effective environment.

    With a short assessment at the beginning of your club block for benchmarking, you will receive an assessment over an 8-week period to track your progress.

  • Many of my clients want to train with a partner. I mirror my personal training process to work with couples by understanding individual needs and aspirations, creating a couple’s program that will help each person achieve their individual goals in a team environment.

BOYS CLUB (FAT CLUB)

  • Small (up to 4 people) group sessions on Mondays and Thursday evenings for 60 minutes.

    Fat Club originated with three self-proclaimed overweight middle-aged men who wanted to have fun and get fit and strong. After seven years together, they are all much fitter and stronger, but they are still Fat Club. The club sessions are designed to improve strength and fitness—challenging and rewarding, without ego and with a lot of banter. The benefits are both physical and mental.

    With a short assessment at the beginning of your club block for benchmarking, you will receive an assessment across lifts and workouts over an 8-week period to track strength and fitness progress.
